Full House Booking
This luxury 6 bedroom/6 bathroom full house rental can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, providing flexibility for plenty of group options. To accommodate 2 more guests, it can easily be expanded by adding our private king cottage. The home has large indoor and outdoor common spaces ideal for large families and events, while allowing individual guests to retreat to their own private bedrooms and personal bathrooms. Includes a beautifully renovated kitchen with modern Kitchen Aid appliances, a dining nook for 6, and everything a chef might need to host a large dinner. Enjoy a comfortable parlor/family room with original Doug Fir subfloors, decorative mantle fireplace, dining area - complete with dining table for up to 12 guests, and a window nook overlooking Broad Street. In the central foyer, you'll find a fully stocked coffee/tea bar featuring both Nespresso and Moccamaster, wine refrigerator, and instant hot water. Enjoy pairable Bose bluetooth speakers and a charging dock for up to 6 devices. Wonderful for special occasions, family reunions, wedding parties and creating memorable moments.
Rooms 1, 2 & 3
Located at the top of the front Victorian staircase, this elegant, light-filled, portion of the home consists of the “Original Three” rooms built between 1865-1880 (1, 2 & 3). A French chandelier, period botanical wallpaper, and warm Doug Fir subfloors detail this part of the house. We provide guests with a fully stocked coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge located downstairs. Enjoy views of Broad Street with a glass of wine from our wrap-around covered porch or flagstone patio. These 3 rooms can be booked either individually or collectively. To ensure privacy, only your party will have access to this portion of the home.

Rooms 4, 5 & 6
Spacious and elegant, 3 inviting king suites featuring one of a kind antiques. Booking rooms 4, 5 & 6 is similar to staying in a 3 bedroom Victorian home. This unit provides guests with access to a wide array of amenities and common spaces, including the home’s beautifully renovated kitchen with modern Kitchen Aid appliances, a dining nook for 6, and everything a chef might need to host a large dinner. Enjoy a comfortable parlor/family room with original Doug Fir subfloors, decorative mantle fireplace, dining area complete with vintage schoolhouse dining table for 12 guests and a window nook overlooking Broad Street. Because a booking in this section of the house provides access to the home’s central foyer, guests will feel like they are staying in a Victorian apartment in the historic city center. Located on the main floor of the house, a beautiful secluded king studio which can be accessed through a private back entrance. This light filled guest suite features Doug Fir floors and wrap-around windows with views of the courtyard. A generous bathroom decorated with fresh tile, a vintage pedestal sink and cozy walk in shower. Guests have access to a kitchenette with a sink, fully stocked coffee/tea station, mini fridge and outdoor spaces. This room is perfect for a single traveler or a couple looking for a private, king room right in the heart of Nevada City. To ensure privacy, only your party will have access to this portion of the home.
The Cottage
Private Cottage
A charming, miners cottage dating back to the 1800's conveniently situated behind The Parsonage. This king studio is fabulous for a bride and groom, or a couple wanting to experience downtown Nevada City for the weekend. Enjoy a marble bistro table, Persian style area rug over hardwood floors, an antique wardrobe for storing your belongings, and a plush king bed with classic white-on-white linens. Soak in the Victorian cast iron clawfoot tub with bubbles. Guests have access to a kitchenette with sink, fully stocked coffee/tea station, toaster oven, mini fridge, wi-fi and patio space to enjoy an outdoor meal.
