The Parsonage 1865 is a 6 bd/ 6 bath victorian house with a separate 1 bd / 1 bath cottage in the back courtyard. It originally served as the Parsonage for the Methodist church in the late 1800’s. The house is located on Broad Street, the main thoroughfare of historic Nevada City, and is a short 2-minute walk to many of the City’s best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and nightlife. The Nevada Theater, California’s oldest and longest running theater (where Mark Twain used to perform) is located just ½ block down Broad Street.
